Role & responsibilities:
Reporting to the Chief Business Head, you will be responsible for leads and manages all sales operations and oversees activities of the junior sales management team.
The key objective is responsible for the overall planning, strategy, direction and control of all sales in the allocated accounts; achievement of agreed sales targets; and the development of future sales plans. Responsible for building and maintaining sales pipeline in CRM and submitting required sales forecasts.
Grow incremental and new sales for the business while simultaneously reducing customer turnover. You will also identify areas of business under-performance and influence leaders to adapt to the needs of a structured IT-based reporting system.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully
- Design, Develop and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Should have a strong network of contacts for new business opportunities with top leading corporate
- Must be able to identify Business opportunities, creating a well-qualified Sales Pipeline, Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and expand customer base
- Should be able to independently plan and execute the entire sales cycle i.e. from lead generation to deal closure
- Should be able to identify and tap-in to current market industry trend
- Identifying and contacting potential clients to determine their needs and assess their interest in the
- company’s products or services
- Managing an existing sale
- Work with Marketing Team, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to help them increase their performance
- Ensuring that company services are represented accurately in advertising and marketing materials
- Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, partners, and other external parties to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Providing leadership, training, and motivation to the sales team to help them meet their goals
- Exceed sales targets and close new business deals
- Communicating regularly with senior management about the status of projects and issues that could impact performance
- Analyzing data from internal systems and external sources to identify opportunities to improve sales performance
