Role & responsibilities:
Reporting to the Chief Business Head, you will be responsible for leads and manages all sales operations and oversees activities of the junior sales management team.
The key objective is responsible for the overall planning, strategy, direction and control of all sales in the allocated accounts; achievement of agreed sales targets; and the development of future sales plans. Responsible for building and maintaining sales pipeline in CRM and submitting required sales forecasts.
Grow incremental and new sales for the business while simultaneously reducing customer turnover. You will also identify areas of business under-performance and influence leaders to adapt to the needs of a structured IT-based reporting system.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our ERP solutions.
- Qualify leads by gathering information about the prospect’s business requirements
Customer Engagement:
- Initiate and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits and features of our ERP solutions.
Appointment Setting:
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Ensure a smooth handover of leads to the sales team.
Follow-Up:
- Implement a follow-up strategy to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to gather feedback and address concerns.
Database Management:
- Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system..
- Assist in data cleansing and segmentation activities.
Customer Support:
- Provide support to existing clients by addressing queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Reporting:
- Generate and analyse reports related to call activities, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Provide regular updates on performance metrics to the sales and management teams.
Adherence to Protocols:
- Follow established protocols and scripts to maintain consistency in communication.
- Adhere to ethical practices and data protection regulations.
