Role & responsibilities:

Reporting to the Chief Business Head, the Sales Executive will lead and manage sales operations while overseeing activities of the junior sales team. The role entails:

  • Sales Planning and Strategy:
    • Overall planning, strategy, direction, and control of sales in assigned accounts.
    • Achievement of sales targets and development of future sales plans.
    • Maintaining and updating the sales pipeline in CRM and submitting sales forecasts.
  • Incremental and New Sales:
    • Driving new sales while reducing customer turnover.
    • Identifying areas of business underperformance and proposing solutions.
  • Business Performance Insight:
    • Leveraging insights to adapt to structured IT-based reporting systems.
    • Contributing to overall business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:
    • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.
    • Qualify leads based on business requirements.
  2. Customer Engagement:
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
    • Clearly communicate ERP solution benefits.
  3. Appointment Setting:
    • Schedule appointments with qualified leads.
    • Ensure smooth handover of leads to the sales team.
  4. Follow-Up:
    • Implement follow-up strategies for lead nurturing.
    • Maintain consistent communication with clients.
  5. Database Management:
    • Update client interaction records in the CRM.
    • Assist with data cleansing and segmentation.
  6. Customer Support:
    • Address client queries and concerns.
    • Collaborate with support teams to ensure resolution.
  7. Reporting:
    • Generate and analyze performance metrics.
    • Provide updates to the sales and management teams.
  8. Adherence to Protocols:
    • Follow established protocols for consistent communication.
    • Comply with ethical practices and data protection regulations.
